Raketa honey liquor

For its creation, we use a specially selected plum distillate from the Isperih Distillery, enriched with authentic honey from the Veliko Tarnovo region. The precise proportion of honey added ensures an excellent balance of sweetness. The honey is dissolved through careful, prolonged hand-stirring, after which the liquor undergoes a months-long process of harmonization and stabilization.
